“What’s Killing Us?” A Health Report from the National LGBTQ+ Women’s Community Survey

This report focused on the health disparities that are impacting LGBTQ+ women’s lives. While the findings in this report speak to some difficult truths about health outcomes for queer women in this moment, collecting this data is an important first step in changing our lives for the better.

Community Reflections: Attitudes Towards Intimate Partner Violence Among LGBTQ+ Individuals in Los Angeles

The National LGBTQ Institute on Intimate Partner Violence conducted a survey at several Pride events in Los Angeles Pride in 2022. This report illustrates the attitudes and understandings about IPV from the LA County LGBTQ+ community. The data was collected utilizing a survey conducted by Wolf Smith in St Louis, Missouri.

Policy Analysis on Anti-Trans Legislation Implicating Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Support Services

Many states have introduced harmful legislation that seeks to prohibit transgender and nonbinary survivors from accessing domestic and sexual violence services that align with their gender identity. This report aims to shed light on patterns within the legislation introduced, with the hopes of equipping the field to identify and respond to this type of policy.
